Appointments to see the doctors are necessary.
Urgent consultations are always given priority.
Longer consultations are available by appointment.
If you require an interpreter service we can advise you. Doctors may be contacted during normal surgery hours. If the doctor is with a patient, a message will be taken by reception staff and you will be advised when your doctor can return your call. Your call will always be put through in the case of an emergency.
Patients are advised to call the practice for results. You will be told “normal” or “discuss”. More urgent recall patients will be contacted directly.

Please advise the receptionist if your consultation is in relation to either of the above categories.
